All of our designs are 100% copyright protected through the US Copyright Office in Washington.
We have registered each and every one of them to protect our hard work.
It is not OK to copy or reproduce any part of our designs. If we find someone is copying our work we will take steps to prosecute the offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
A few months ago, we found several sites re-producing our work and while we thought we were protected automatically by the Digital Millenium Act, we found that in order to take legal action we needed to register the copyrights. Its VERY sad and upsetting that we had to bring our site down to prevent further theft and to take out NEEDLESS time to copyright everything.
Again, you copy our designs....prepare to be sued.
