Email your photos to danielle@yourlittlestinker.com We will proof out your card and email it to you for approval before the order is submitted and or finalized.

Yes. We will send you an emailed proof within 24 hours of you emailing us your photos along with the information that you would like to be included on your photo card. At that time we would need you to communicate to us any changes to the photo card, and the revisions would be made. Once proof is approved and finalized and payment has been made, you will receive a copy of print rights to the image.

All designs are copyright Your Little Stinker, but the finished flattened JPG image will be free for you to print as many as you wish or email.

Once an order has been made you will receive a proof emailed to you within 72 hours (usually sooner) for approval.

Please note, during the holiday season, especially Halloween through Christmas, this time may extend a few days due to the high volume we handle.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) through Paypal. We can also accept money orders and personal checks. Please note: Designs will not be released until payment is made and in the case of insufficient funds, customer will be liable for a $35 returned check fee.

In the past, we used to offer printing to our customers, but due to the declining economy our customers felt the cost was too high. The cost to print for our customers was high on our side as well which prevented us from being able to lower print costs.

We have removed the print option and we cut our prices by 50%!

ANY photos from a professional photographer will need a photo release signed by the photographer. If you are sending us photos, please contact your photographer and have him/her sign a release and email it to us or provide it to us yourselves.

Under NO circumstances will we use professional photos without this release.

We will provide you with the release form that is needed.

You assume all legal responsibility for obtaining copy write permissions of images that have been captured by professional photographers or that have been acquired from any website, or artist. We will not reprint any professional or copy written images willing or knowingly without written consent from the artist, photographer.

Products may not be returned after the final proof is approved.

If there is a mistake made by us, after you have approved the final card, we will fix new cards for you at no charge. If you have approved the final proof, and you made an error (spelling or anything else), we will still re-do new cards to you at 50% off the regular price. We require that you notify us within five (5) days of receiving your order.

YES. We just need your original files and we can do this for you. We can also colorize in sepia.

In most cases, yes. Again, we just need the original file and we can determine this.

We would be happy to work with you if you have any ideas of a specific design in mind. We just need an idea of the color palette. For the most part if you see a design you like in the gallery, we can create it in horizontal or vertical layout. We can move things around, add additional text or additional photos etc. If you see a baptism design that you would like to use for birthday, etc, we can accommodate that.

After your order is placed please email the photos WITH your order number (this will be on the order confirmation) to danielle@yourlittlestinker.com

For best quality along with efficient turnaround time, upload your pictures as .jpeg file at 300 dpi. If you decide to scan your pictures it is best that you scan the picture in at 600 dpi for best quality possible. If you don’t have access to a scanner and would like us to scan them for you that is no problem. Please email us to request our mailing address and your original pictures will be returned with your order.

No. Just leave that up to us. We prefer that all photos be in original format so that we can utilize our own software to maximize your photo for the design. Of course you approve every single change we make.

I can custom design an announcement for you. I will send you a high resolution .jpg file once proof has been approved.

Once we design your card we will email you a digital proof like all orders receive. Upon your approval and payment we will email you a high resolution file so that you may print your design wherever you choose. This works exceptionally well for those who send over 50 cards and we all know how big families are :)

We do receive a lot of requests for cards such as Mickey Mouse (copyright Disney) and others. While we understand the want for these, we cannot use any licensed graphics due to copyright infringement. This is a hefty fine and considered stealing from the artist. As artists ourselves, we understand these rules. We do not like our work stolen and we do not steal from others. All of the graphics we use from out side sources we have a commercial license for. We can accommodate your character theme with colors and layout, but we cannot use the graphics themselves. We know many other companies DO use them, but we have chosen to not only do business the legal way, but the moral way.
